Easy No Fuss options to improve nutrition: Great tips for Hostel students or Young people staying away from Home 1) Dairy products : like milk , curd /yogurt are a good source of protein and calcium. 2) Boiled egg ( one can eat 4-5 egg yolks in a week) .
